Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara National Reserve

07:00 AM – Departure from Nairobi Meet your Africo Safari guide at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for a safari briefing before departing for the Maasai Mara. Travel through the scenic Great Rift Valley. 09:00 AM – Great Rift Valley Viewpoint Stop at the famous Great Rift Valley Escarpment for panoramic views and photographs. Continue through Narok, the gateway to the Maasai Mara. 01:00 PM – Arrival & Lunch Arrive at your safari lodge or tented camp, check in and enjoy lunch. Take some time to relax before your first game drive. 03:30 PM – Afternoon Game Drive Enter the Maasai Mara and begin exploring its famous golden plains. Look out for: Lions Elephants Buffaloes Giraffes Zebras Wildebeest Cheetahs Hyenas Topis Thomson's gazelles 06:30 PM – Sunset Experience Enjoy the African sunset before returning to camp. 07:30 PM – Dinner Dinner and overnight. Day 2: Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari

06:00 AM – Sunrise Game Drive Depart early to take advantage of the cool morning hours when wildlife is particularly active. Search for predators and large herbivore herds across the Mara plains. 09:00 AM – Bush Breakfast Enjoy breakfast at a designated scenic location in the reserve. 10:00 AM – Mara River & Wildlife Exploration Continue your game drive toward the Mara River. During the Great Wildebeest Migration season, generally July–October, this area can provide opportunities to witness wildebeest and zebra movements and, if nature permits, dramatic river crossings. Possible sightings include: Lions Leopards Cheetahs Elephants Buffaloes Hippos Crocodiles Wildebeest Zebras River crossings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed. 01:00 PM – Picnic Lunch Enjoy lunch surrounded by the Mara wilderness. 02:00 PM – Afternoon Game Drive Continue exploring different sections of the reserve, following current wildlife activity. 06:30 PM – Return to Camp Relax and enjoy dinner. Overnight: Maasai Mara Safari Lodge/Tented Camp

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

06:00 AM – Final Sunrise Game Drive Enjoy a final morning game drive in the Maasai Mara. The early morning light provides excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. 08:30 AM – Breakfast Return to camp for breakfast and check out. 09:30 AM – Departure for Lake Nakuru Travel north through the Great Rift Valley toward Lake Nakuru. 12:30 PM – Lunch Enjoy lunch en route. 02:30 PM – Arrival at Lake Nakuru Check into your lodge and prepare for your afternoon safari. 03:30 PM – Lake Nakuru Game Drive Explore the park in search of its famous wildlife. Look for: White rhinos Black rhinos Rothschild's giraffes Lions Leopards Buffaloes Zebras Waterbucks Baboons The lake and surrounding wetlands also attract numerous bird species, including flamingos when water conditions are favorable. 06:30 PM – Sunset Enjoy the changing colors across the lake and surrounding escarpments. Return to your lodge. 07:30 PM – Dinner Overnight: Lake Nakuru Lodge/Camp

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

06:30 AM – Morning Game Drive Enjoy an early game drive while wildlife is active. Take another opportunity to photograph rhinos, giraffes and other wildlife. 08:30 AM – Breakfast Return to your lodge for breakfast and check out. 10:00 AM – Departure for Lake Naivasha Enjoy a short scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley. 11:30 AM – Arrival at Lake Naivasha Check into your lakeside accommodation. 12:30 PM – Lunch Enjoy lunch overlooking the peaceful lake. 03:00 PM – Lake Naivasha Boat Safari Board a guided boat for a relaxing exploration of the lake. Look for: Hippos African Fish Eagles Pelicans Kingfishers Cormorants Herons Watch the magnificent African Fish Eagle as it dives toward the water in search of fish. 04:30 PM – Crescent Island Walking Safari Enjoy a guided walking safari at Crescent Island Game Sanctuary. Walk among free-ranging: Giraffes Zebras Wildebeest Waterbucks Impalas Gazelles The walking experience provides a completely different perspective from a traditional vehicle safari. 06:30 PM – Sunset Over Lake Naivasha Return to the lakeside area and enjoy a beautiful sunset. 07:30 PM – Dinner Overnight: Lake Naivasha Lodge/Camp

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi

07:00 AM – Breakfast Enjoy your final breakfast overlooking the lake. 08:30 AM – Optional Hell's Gate Experience For guests interested in an additional adventure, visit Hell's Gate National Park. Depending on time and preference, enjoy: Nature walking Cycling Wildlife viewing Dramatic cliffs and rock formations Possible wildlife includes zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, warthogs and baboons. This is optional and subject to additional park and activity fees. 10:30 AM – Departure for Nairobi Begin your journey back to Nairobi. 01:00 PM – Lunch Stop for lunch at a selected restaurant along the way. 03:30 PM – Arrival in Nairobi Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
