Safari Booking & Payment Guide
Plan your safari with clear payment deadlines and cancellation information. All website quotes and card charges are in US dollars (USD). Availability and your final itinerary are confirmed by our reservations team.
Payments
Your payment schedule:
- A 30% deposit secures your reservation once availability has been confirmed.
- A further 50% of the total trip price is due two months before departure.
- The remaining 20% is due one month before departure.
- For bookings made within two months of departure, full payment is due at booking.
Cancellations
If your plans change, contact our team in writing. The published cancellation schedule is:
- 90 or more days before departure: the deposit is non-refundable; other payments are returned.
- 60–89 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 30–59 days before departure: 25% refund.
- Less than 30 days before departure, or a no-show: no refund.
Travel insurance & peace of mind
We recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected changes. Ask our team to explain the refund amount applicable to your booking before confirming. Your confirmed reservation allows us to arrange your accommodation, park entries and guides in advance.
